Otherwise, it will get disconnected. But first, Safaricom always sends a prompt for you to recharge. In case you missed it, here is how you can top up your Safaricom Home Fibre via M-Pesa.
- Go to your Mpesa menu
- Select Lipa na Mpesa and go to Paybill.
- Enter 150501 as the Business Number.
- Enter your Fibre account number.
- Enter the amount and PIN.
- Confirm the details before clicking send to avoid sending the wrong pay bill or using the wrong account number.
- Wait for a confirmation message from Safaricom.
