1. Visit Tahmeed online booking here www.tahmeedexpress.com
2. At the homepage, there is a booking tab. In the ‘From’ and ‘To’ sections, enter your departure point and destination, respectively
3. Give the date of travel and hit the Search button to view available buses
4. A list of buses serving your route will appear. Select your preferred one by clicking ‘VIEW SEATS’ to continue with the online booking process
5. Choose your sitting position, confirm your pick and drop points, and continue
6. The new page is the Passenger Details part. Here, supply your contact details like name, nationality, and phone number
7. Proceed to the checkout section to pay via Mpesa. You will receive a prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to complete the Tahmeed online ticket payment
The bus tickets can also be bought manually by entering Tahmeed’s Mpesa pay bill number 4091239 as the account number on the Lipa na Mpesa menu and your booking code, which you will receive via SMS, as the account name.
