- Go to the Telkom menu on your phone
- Tap on Buy Airtime
- Choose between the option of buying for your number or buying for another number
- Enter the phone number to recharge as the account number
- Enter the amount to recharge
- Enter your pin and click okay.
When buying through the M-Pesa Pay Bill you take the following steps;
- Go to your Safaricom toolkit
- Get into the M-pesa Menu.
- Select Pay Bill.
- Enter Business No. 777711.
- Enter Account your Telkom Mobile number.
- Enter the Amount.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN then send.

- enter the airtime amount you wish to purchase
- Enter M-pesa number (your Safaricom phone number)
